If desired, pound chicken to 1/4 to 1/2 inches thick

In a small bowl, mix paprika, olive oil, rosemary, garlic and pepper untill it becomes paste. Rub both sides if each chicken breast half with paste mix.

Coat 13x9 baking pan with non stick cooking spray. Place coated chicken in prepared pan; cover and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Add water to baking dish. bake for 5-6 minutes; turn chicken over and bake another 5-6 minutes. if chicken has been pounded you may need less time

Remove chicken from oven and drizzle balsamic vinegar immediately onto chicken in the baking pan. Transfer chicken to serving plates

Stir the baking pan liquid and drizzle it over chicken
