    Lauki ko kaddu kass kerke boil ker lo.

  2. 2

    Fir boil lauki se sara pani chhan lo. Lauki ko 10 min tak aise hi chalni m rhne de, extra pani nikal jaye ga or lauki thandi ho jaye gi.

  3. 3

    Dahi ko ek katore m lekar ache se beat karlo. Fir usme lauki daal do. Mix ker lo.

  4. 4

    Usme salt, black pepper, bhuna jeera, raita masala dal ker mix ker lo.

  5. 5

    Ready to eat.
