Brown the chicken in olive oil and remove it from the pot.

In the same oil, after adding the curry powder, sauté the peppers and mushrooms (just wipe them, do not wash).

Then, add the cashews for a short time, followed by the chicken, and season with salt and pepper.

Deglaze with the orange juice.

Let it simmer, and when the dish is ready, add the yogurt in which the cornstarch has been well dissolved, and bring to a boil to thicken the sauce.
