6 - 8 people

250 gramsfirm feta (cut into 3/4-inch thick slices)
1large egg
2small cups sesame seeds
Olive oil for frying
Lemon (for serving)

Spread the sesame seeds on a large plate.

Dip the feta first in the egg and then in the sesame seeds.

Press the sesame seeds on both sides to make them stick.

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan.

Finally, once the feta starts to soften and turns golden, flip it to the other side.
