Mix the pork belly strips with the garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. Near the end, place the pita breads on parchment paper in the oven to warm them up.

Spread each pita with a mixture of yogurt, mustard, and paprika. Top with pieces of pork belly, tomato, and onion.

Wrap each pita in parchment paper and serve.
