  • 1 kgfish
  • 100 gflour
  • 3-4eggs
  • 100 gbreadcrums
  • 500 mlcooking oil
  • salt

    Cut the fish into long strips..

  2. 2

    Deep into the flour.. then in a bowl having whisked eggs then coat with breadcrumbs

  3. 3

    Preheat your oil, then deep the fish for about 5 minutes

  4. 4

    After cooking garnish with some lemon slices
