Steps

Put the sifted flour in a large bowl.

Heat plenty of water.

Make a well in the flour and add a bit of olive oil and a bit of salt.

After testing the temperature of the water (as shown in the video), start adding it stirring with a ladle until you have a well integrated mixture.

Spread the mixture into a baking tray of 32 cm diameter which you have adequately oiled.

Optionally pour a little bit of water on the top and make the surface slick.

Bake at 200 degrees, on both radiant elements for about 50'.
