Steps

Sift the flour in a big bowl, add the oil, the salt and as much milk as it takes for a firm dough.

Knead well and let the dough rest.

Take bits of the dough and shape it into strings.

Cut each string in small pieces and and press each one with your finger so that it twists and becomes curved.

In a large pot boil salted water and then add the pasta. They will all go to the bottom but when the water starts to boil again, they rise to the surface and in about five minutes remove and strain them.

Heat butter to pour over the pasta, and sprinkle with cheese of your liking.
