Ingredients

  • 1 kggrapes for raisins
  • 800 gsugar
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1little lemon juice towards the end

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the grapes well, place them in a pyrex baking tray, add the sugar and the vanilla.

  2. 2

    Mix well.

  3. 3

    Cover with moist greaseproof paper.

  4. 4

    Bake for one hour.

  5. 5

    After half an hour remove it from the oven and mix well.

  6. 6

    Continue baking for half an hour more.

  7. 7

    Remove from the oven and add the lemon juice.
