  • 1big bowl coriander leaves
  • 2 cupspring onion chopped
  • 1tomato
  • 8-9garlic cloves
  • 1 cupcooked green pea
  • 1/4 tspjeera
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2boil potato
  • as neededanar dane for garnish

  • 1/2 cupPalak paste
  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1 tbsp+ 2 cup for frying oil
  • 1/4 tspsalt

    Katori banane ke liye :

    Maida mein salt mix karein & 1 tbsp oil ka moyan de

    Ab palak paste se dough bana le & 1/2 an hour ka rest de

    Ab patli poori bele kisi katori ke charo taraf lapete aur deep fry karein jese fry hoga katori alag ho jayegi.. Use nikal le aur maide ki katori ko slow flame par crispy hone tak fry karein isi tarah sare dough ki katori bana le

    Kachalu chat ke liye : Oil,matar and potato ko chhordker sabhi cheeje mixer mein paste bana le

    Pan mein oil garam karein usme paste dale aur tel chorne tak bhoone

    Ab cut kiye huye aalu & cooked matar mix karein aur 5mins saute karein fir flame se utar le aur thanda hone de

    Jab bhi serve karna ho katori mein kachalo chat fill karein upar se anardane se garnish karein..Serve karein
