Wash the potatoes and boil them with their skin for 10-15 minutes. When they are done, press them with a fork or your hand to open them a little.

Place the chicken and the rest of the ingredients except the sesame seeds, in a Dutch oven. Add the baby tomatoes whole, unless they are large, in this case you can press them a little so that they let out their juices.

Bake at 200°C. About 30' before it is done, remove the lid so that the liquids evaporate and it cooks nicely.

Serve with the roasted sesame seeds.
