Shrimps saganaki (prepared in a small frying pan), a perfect and easy meze for ouzo or wine.

Place the oil in the frying pan and over heat.

When it heats, add the garlic, pepper and onion and when they get translucent, add the shrimp.

Once they get golden brown (on both sides) stir in the ouzo.

Add the tomato with the sugar and the salt end pepper (according to taste).

Cook over moderate heat until the sauce thickens.

When it is done, add the feta cheese and the parsley and serve.
