7-8 small bowls

1 cupgrape must syrup
1 cupflour
3 1/2 cupswater
cinnamon
walnuts (optionally)
sesame seeds

Mix the water with the grape must syrup.

Dissolve the flour in half of the mixture and place the other half in a pot to heat.

As soon as it is hot add the flour mixture and stir constantly as it boils.

When it starts to thicken turn down the heat and let it set, stirring constantly.

Distribute into bowls that you have sprinkled with walnuts and sesame seeds. Let it cool a little and sprinkle once more with walnuts, cinnamon and sesame seeds.
