Tuna & Cabbage Spaghetti Pasta

The cabbage and tuna are very good combination. I add anchovies and a hint of tomato pasta sauce to give them more flavor.

The cabbage and tuna are very good combination. I add anchovies and a hint of tomato pasta sauce to give them more flavor.

Cook the pasta to al dente. (Don't forget to put the salt into the water.)

Meanwhile, saute garlic and cabbage in olive oil and add tuna & anchovies with medium heat. (Don't burn the garlic!)

Add salt & red pepper and continue to sauté a few more minutes.

Add 1&1/2 ladles of boiling pasta water.

Add tomato pasta sauce.

Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until the cabbage is cooked. (You may add 1 Tbsp white wine, If you wish.)

Add cooked pasta and mix, absorb the sauce.

Add chopped Italian parsley. Turn the heat off and you are ready to serve!
