Lime
Same grams of lime: white rock sugar

Sterilize a bin by boiling.

Wash limes. If they are waxed, then peel them and cut as you like.

Measure the gram of lime. Prepare the same amount of white rock sugar.

Place lime and sugar alternately in the bin.

Wait until all sugar gets melted. It takes whole day or longer.

Done! You can make cocktails at home with this lime syrup! Enjoy! (Ex. Vodka + soda + lime syrup = so good!)
