Ingredients

  1. 8-10Anchovy Filets *finely chopped
  2. 1 cloveGarlic *grated
  3. 2 tablespoonsParsley *finely chopped
  4. 2 teaspoonsWhole Grain Mustard
  5. 1 teaspoonTabasco
  6. 1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce (‘Lea & Perrins’)
  7. 2 tablespoonsRed Wine Vinegar OR White Wine Vinegar
  8. 1 pinchSugar
  9. 1Egg Yolk
  10. 3/4 cupOlive Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients except Olive Oil in a bowl and mix well.

  2. 2

    Whisk in 3/4 cup Olive Oil, a very small amount at a time, whisking constantly until thick and creamy. If you add the Oil too quickly, the mixture may split.
