Egg rice
A pulao variety cooked with eggs
Steps

Boil the rice and drain out the water.Allow to get dry.

Boil eggs hard.Peel off theshells and fry golden brown. Set aside.

Chop the onions finely.

Heat ghee in a deep based frying pan. Add onions and fry till it becomes crisp and golden brown.

Add the boiled rice in the pan.Add sugar salt green chillies (chopped)and turmeric powder. Lightly turn up and down the ingredients.

Add eggs and rose water. Keep the rice on a low flame for a few minutes.

Remove from the flame and serve hot.
