First of all pre heat pan.Add water,sooji,salt,oil and mix it well… When sooji absorbs water, switch off gas.

Pre heat pan add little oil, jeera, onion,salt,garam masala,red chili,Chat masala,black pepper,peas, cashew nuts green chili, kasturi mathi and mashed potates, mix it well.. Stuffing mixture is ready and keep it aside.

Transfer it to plate and keep aside… Make a sooji dough and grease your plam with oil, take some portion from dough and make it round shape it. Add some stuffing mixture.

Deep fry it medium flame till kachori gets golden brown from both sides.Transfer it to the plate.. We can serve it with any chutney…
