Steps

Remove the scales and the inside intestines from the fish(the red things and cut the side and remove them.)

Wash very well both outside and inside.

Allow the fish to dry. While heating oil for frying in heavy skillet.

Then cut at the center 3 or 2 times this ensures fish cooks well inside.

Deep the fish to the oil and fry both sides until golden brown on both sides.
