Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupblender bitter leave
  • 1 cupefinrn
  • assorted meat
  • assorted offals
  • 1big piece of stock fish
  • 1big smoke fish
  • 3 piecesata rodo
  • 1 cupcrayfish
  • 1 cupcooking oil
  • cubeseasoning
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and season your meat.

  2. 2

    Wash your bitter leave and when is less bitter pour into a blender and blend till smooth then set aside

  3. 3

    Pick the efinrin leafs set aside and blend till smooth

  4. 4

    Blend the ata and add to the pot of meat and stock

  5. 5

    Once the pepper has dissolve into the stock add palm oil

  6. 6

    Let the oil dissolve add crayfish and seasoning cube to taste

  7. 7

    Add the blended bitter leave and let it cook for two mins

  8. 8

    Add the blended efinrin and bring it down
