Firstly take bread crumbs and add malai &soda knead like soft dough

Keep rest the dough for 10-20min

Now make small size ball & stuff Batasa (I made oval shape so stuff cracked Batasa) now shape the gulab jamun

Now put the kadai on flame n heat the oil/ghee n fry the gulab jamuns

Mix sugar n water heat in pan on flame add elaichi powder n make 1string consistency chasni off the flame add rose watet

Now dip the fried gulab Jamun in chasni
- 7
Now enjoy ur sweet sweet gulab jamun hot /cool as u like
