1/2cabbage medium(sliced thinly)
4eggs
１teaspoon pepper(dried)
2green pepper(chopped)
2 cubemaggi
1/2onion (finely chopped)
6white polythene leather
1/2 cupvegetable oil

Get a bowl pour sliced cabbage,green pepper,break eggs and add stir very well

Add maggi,pepper,onion,add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and stir

Get polythene leather use tablespoon to measure and put inside mean while 3 cup of water is on heat boiling

Then add the mixture boil for 10 min

Remove from leather,place pan on heat add vegetable oil add the cabbage moi moi and fry until colour change to brown it can also be baked.
