Steps

Take a bowl and add all dhokla ingrediants one by one except eno

Mix it well and leave for 5 minutes

Heat water in a steamer or kadhai and place a ring stand, allow the water to steam

Add eno to the batter and mix properly

Take an appe pan and grease with oil
- 6
Drop spoonful of dhokla batter in each hole

Place this pan into the steamer and cover with the lid

Steam for 10-12 minutes on high flame

Remove the appe pan from kadhai and allow it to cool

Take a tadka pan and heat oil
- 11
Add all tadka ingrediants and switch off the flame
- 12
Apply this tadka on dhokla and serve
