Make a dough with 1 cup whole wheat flour, 2 teaspoons oil and required salt. No need for a very soft dough. Knead like how you would for poori. Let it rest for 30 minutes. To make filling, heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan. Temper with cumin seeds. Ad ginger green chilies and saute well. Add the boiled, peeled and roughly chopped potatoes and carrots. Add boiled peas. Mix well and mash as it gets cooked. Season with salt. Add chili powder, garam masala and turmeric powder. Mix well and cook-for

For 5-7minutes on midium flame.remove from flam add lemon juice and let it cool

Now take the dough and roll it into a thin big circle. Spread the filling all over. Roll it into tight log. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat oven at 180C when you are ready to bake.

Cut the log into 12-15 equal pieces. Arrange on a greased baking tray. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in hot oven for 15-20 minutes. The cheese should melt and turn golden brown. Serve baked pinwheels hot.
