  • 1/4 cupMagaz (watermelon seeds)
  • 3 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tbspkesar
  • 1/2 tbspelachi powder
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 2 tbspmilk powder
  • 1/2 cupchopped dry fruit

    Makhana aur magaz ko pan me dry raost karein but diyan rakhe ke colour change na ho

  2. 2

    Fir thoda thanda karke ek plastic baad me dal kar thoda crush kar le

  3. 3

    Milk me milk powder dal kar se mix karein fir milk ko boil karne ko rakh aur continues gumate rahe jaise bartan ko niche lage nahi

  4. 4

    Fir boil milk me crushed magaj aur makhana dale aur mix karein

  5. 5

    Fir soaked kesar dale aur elachi powder dale mix karein

  6. 6

    Fir sugar dal kar mix karein

  7. 7

    Fir dry fruit dal kar 5 minutes low flame per cook karein

  8. 8

    Gas off karke serve karein chilled ya roomtemprature per

  9. 9

    Dry fruit ya ceramilized makhana se garnish karein
