The most delicious Egyptian dessert: baked in the oven, made with puff pastry and crunchy nuts, combined with cream, sugar, and butter.

Combine the milk, cream, butter, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil.

Cut the puff pastry into small pieces and place them in small oven-safe ramekins. Add the mixed nuts on top.

Pour the milk mixture over the puff pastry pieces and let them soak for a few minutes.

Place the ramekins under the broiler in the oven until the tops turn golden brown. Garnish with more nuts and serve hot.
