I make this recipe using the rotisserie in my oven, but you can make it without one too.

Blend the chiles, achiote paste, orange juice, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic until smooth.

Coat the pork steaks with the marinade and let them rest for 3 hours.

Peel and slice the pineapple.

Thread the meat onto a skewer or wooden/metal stick, alternating 4 pork steaks, 2 slices of bacon, and a slice of pineapple. Repeat until all the meat is used.

Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 30 minutes, then lower the temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for another 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and slice to serve.
