3large sweet potatoes
1smoked mackerel
2 tablespoonground crayfish
1 teaspoonground cayenne pepper
to tastesalt
1cooking spoon of palm oil
1 cupshredded fluted pumpkin leaves

Peel and wash sweet potatoes. Cut into cubes. Place in pot with water to cover and salt to taste. Bring to boil. When softened, add all ingredients except smoked mackerel and vegetables. Allow to cook for 5 mins. Turn down the heat and add mackerel and vegetables. Leave to simmer for another 5 minutes.
