I love liver it's so soft and tender I like it more than red meat.
Steps

Cut the liver into medium size. And put to boil.

Add in salt. Boil for like 30 minutes

Cut onions cilantro stalks and tomatoes and start frying them

Fry onions first in 2 tbsp of oil until soft. Then put in a tomatoes and fry until semisoft. Add in the cilantro stalks and mix. Add in the boiled liver mix. Dissolve royco in 1/2 cup of water then add to the stewed liver.

At this point you can add salt and some other spices if you want then add water and boil for 10 minutes then serve.

Serve hot.
