1. Boil water in a sauce pan.

Add flour and fold in lightly till it has formed into a dough like.....if sticky add flour little by little till it's cooked

Slice the onions and place in oil till they golden

Then add the well chopped khale and spinach and mix it well

Dice the tomatoes roughly and sprinkle on top of the khales and spinach...

Add the spices (royco) and to salt to taste and cover with a lid for 10-15 minutes

Then mix them together till it's properly cooked.
