  • 300 gramspotato
  • 1/2 litrecooking oil
  • to tastesalt

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the tomatoes and chop into chips pieces

  2. 2

    Add the cooking oil to a pan and heat for about 5 minutes. Best for deep frying process to be applied

  3. 3

    Add the chips in 3 intervals of handful portions to ensure proper frying of the whole chips in the pan

  4. 4

    Remove the cooked chips from oil and let them dry out to get rid off dripping oil from the deep frying process

  5. 5

    Serve, add salt to ones preference. Add tomato sauce to increase palatability.
