1 cupthick curd
3 tspsugar
1 tspcardamom power
1 tspmix chopped nuts

Wash poha and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

To a mixing bowl. Add thik curd and sugar. Beat this curd becomes smooth and sugar gets dissolved in it.

Add the washed poha,cardamom pods and chopped mix nuts. mix well. and serve.
