Steps

    Soya chunks ko pani mein soak kero soft hone tak, tab tak aap ghiya ko cut kar lo, or onion, ginger, garlic ko grind kar lo, tomatoes ko b.

    Fir ek cooker me oil garam karo usme jeera or hing dalo, fir paste dal do, or saare masale haldi, kashmiri mirch, tab tak pakao jab tak oil na chord de, fir tomatoe paste daal do oil chordne tak pakao. fir salt taste ke according daalo

  3. 3

    Fir jo soya soak kiya tha uska pani nikal do or cooker me daal ker do min pakao fir ghiya dal do or ache se mix kerke cooker ko cover ker do..

  4. 4

    Ak whistle aane ke baad gas ka flame low ker ke five min pakao fir check karo ghiya soft ho gya hai... garam masala add karo or do min pakao.. fir coriander leaves ke sath garnishing karo or serve karo. Thanks
