  • Marinate for braai meat (any)

  1. 1

    Marinate the steak for more than 1 hour but less than 4 hours

  2. 2

    Wait for the marinate to soak in the steak

  3. 3

    Than start to braai the meat (steak) on low braai fire

  4. 4

    Keep flipping the meat till its braid well
