Time to welcome Ganpati Bappa with some amazing sweet dishes.
Steps

Heat milk in a saucepan.

Boil it and add condensed milk.

Stir continuously. Simmer it till milk reduces to 1.5 litres.

Now soak saffron in a tbsp of warm milk.

Coarsely grind toasted almonds along with saffron.

Now add this above mix to the milk. Mix it well.

Now simmer it for 10 minutes and remove it from flame.

Cool it and then pour it in the Matka or Kulfi moulds.

Refrigerate it. (Cover it airtight)

While serving you can add Kesar syrup some chopped almonds and pistachio.
