  • 2 cupFlatten rice(poha)(chidwa)
  • 3 cupMilk
  • 2 cupWater
  • 2 cupSugar
  • 1 tspCardamom powder
  • 6Raisins
  • 6Cashews
  • 6Almonds
  • 4 tspGrated coconut powder
  • Dry fruits - optional / acc.to your choice & taste

Steps

5 mins.
  1. 1

    Put flattened rice in water for half an hour or so.

  2. 2

    Once the rice absorbs water and becomes soggy enough.

  3. 3

    Now mix it with milk, sugar and cardamom powder.

  4. 4

    Garnish it with dry fruits. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
