Steps

Roast besan with ghee till it changes its colour to slight red.

Add khoya and mix it till ghee in it shows in sides.

Add sugar and Elaichi powder. And mix it rapidly

Greace flat plate whith ghee and pour besan batter on it. With the help of flat bottom of bowl spread it. Be careful. It is so hot that could give you burn.

Garnish it with dry fruits. And give a light cuts before it cools down.
