Jollof rice and Turkey with cucumber

Parboil rice wash and keep aside.

Boil meat with onion,Salt,thyme and Maggi.

Put a pot on fire,add groundnut oil heat up for 3mins.

Add sliced onions,tomato paste,stir for 4-5mins.pour in the stock.

Boil for 3 mins add crayfish,Maggi,Salt,pepper and curry.

Add water enough for the rice then cover the pot and let it boil.

Pour in the parboiled rice,stir and allow it boil check salt and allow the water to dry.

Slice the carrots,spring onion.pour inside the rice stir and cover the pot.the heat will soften them.

Heat up the groundnut oil and fry the turkey.

Wash and slice the cucumber.food is ready.
