Steps

Peel potatoes

Wash and cut into chips,rewash

Put your oil on heat and deep fry your chips until golden in colour and cripsy in texture

Strain and set aside.

In a separate pan add margarine and vinegar to heat

Stir lightly until the margarine melts and add your chips

Toss gently and sprinkle chilli powder and salt to taste

Serve hot with lamb chops
