3/4 people

1 bagMixed salad with edible flowers
1/2small bag walnuts, chopped
2small pears
100 gblue cheese
1/2lime
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Steps

Peel and chop the pear into small pieces

Roughly chop the walnuts
3

Cut the cheese into small cubes
4

Mix all together with the leave
5

Add a squeeze of lime and a little dash of oil and vinegar

Serve with bread and fuit if you wish
