Ingredients

  • 0.5 kgchicken
  • garlic finely chopped
  • black pepper
  • soy sauce
  • vinegar
  • salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into diced pieces

  2. 2

    Put vinegar soy sauce garlic and salt and blackpepper in a mixing bowl to marinate the meat

  3. 3

    Give it 15 minutes in the bowl

  4. 4

    Place it on the grills and put it oven to cook for 30minutes

  5. 5

    Serve accompanied by gravy sauce
