Cheesy penne pasta in white creamy sauce

Boil penne pasta in water. Add salt & oil 1/2 tsp. Cook it for 4-5 minutes until semi soft.

Turn off gas. Strain pasta. Wash with cold water.

Keep one Kadhai on gas. Heat olive oil. Add garlic paste,onion, saute it. Add corn & carrots Cook it for 1-2 minute. Add apples, pineapple, saute all for 1 minute. Turn off gas.

Heat one Kadhai. Add butter. Let it melt. Add all purpose flour (maida). Saute until cook.

Add milk. Stir well until no lumps of maida.add cheese. Stir well. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, mix herbs, red chilli flakes sugar. Mix it well.

Cook it until thick sauce. If needed add warm water or milk in sauce.

Add sauted vegetables, Boiled pasta, mix all.

Turn off gas. Cheesy penne pasta in white creamy sauce is ready to serve.

Garnish with cheese & mix herbs.
