Make a paste of tomatoes green chilli and ginger

Heat oil in deep pan and add tomato paste to it and all the dry masala

Peal the boiled potatoes and cut in cubes

When the masala starts leaving oil add these potatoes and fry for few seconds and then add at least 2 glass of water add salt and paneer and cook on high flame for few minutes and then off the gas the close it with lid for 5 minutes and before serving add chopped cilantro and serve it hot with puri

For puri

Mix flour ajwain salt and oil and rub it to have a crumble texture then mix is with sufficient water and make a smooth dough

Heat oil in deep pan

Divide the flour in small equal portion and then roll them in puri and fry them till golden from both the sides and serve it hot with prepared Aloo jhol
