Firstly moong daal ko acche se wash karke 10 mins ke liye soak kijiye..

Daal ko cooker mein kijiye. Salt and water add karke 1 whistle medium flam par le lijiye. Daal ko thik hi rakhna hai.

Daal ko bowl mein transfer kijiye. Black and white salt, red chilly powder,ginger, green chilly,coriander leaves paneer and chat masaala sprinkle kijiye..

Butter and lemon juice add kijiye..

Aap chahe to taste according chopped tomato and onion bhi mix kar sakte hai..
