Use a grind machine to mark it soft or you take it to posho mill to grind when it's bulky and keep it in a cool dry place

Add 3 spoons of powder okra in a cup,add H2o-water a bit and stir

Stirred until it's is uniformly mixed than pour it in a sufuria

Cut onions into pieces and pour in sufuria, put it on fire and add oil in sufuria and keep stir until cook into golden brown

Cut tomatoes into diced/pieces and pour into onion sufuria,stir for 2 minutes

Add a mixed of okra while cooking,keep stir,and add water when it's thick until it's loss

Keep stir for 5 minutes and it's ready

Serve it hot with any other food like bread, ayot,akop and hotdog
