In a bowl, pour 2 kg of flour (not all)

In another bowl mix salt,sugar,3tbps of oil and 1 cup of water (warm) stir until all sugar and salt dissolves

Pour the liquid mixture in the flour bowl and mix well. Keep adding water until becomes soft

Knead the dough for 5 min and add flour if needed

Transfer the dough on a flat surface and continue kneading for 10 min

Return the ready chapati dough in a bowl. Add some oil and knead to mix it up until its soft and not sticky. cover for 20 min

After 20 min,divide the dough into 10-15(as you want) to equal parts making balls like shapes

Arrange them in a flat surface dusted with flour

Pick one of the balls and place in a flat surface

With a rolling pin, put the ball yo the circular shapes

Brush the circular chapati with oil on top

At the side that faces you,start folding and rolling oiled chapati with both hands

Onces you have a shape that looks like a rope, create a coil like shape

Make a coiled balls and with your palm,press the ball down to make it flat

Make a circular shapes again (you can see layers)

In a hot pan,place the rolled out circular chapati and fry each side until its golden brown on medium heat ( repeat steps 8- 15 until you finish the rest chapati

Put your cooked chapati I'm a plastic or a container and cover

Serve after 20 min
