Pepper stew with palmoil
Palmoil has a great taste for local stew
Steps

Wash and blend tomatoes,tatasi and pepper but don't blend it too smooth.

Wash the meat with sponge,very well. and Boil meat with Maggi,onion and salt.

Boil with intensive heat for almost 1hour to make it tender.

Heat up pan,add the palmoil bleach for 2mins.the pour in all the blended things.

Fry till the soar taste of the tomatoes is no more.
- 6
Pour in the meat.boil for few mins and add maggi,salt.
- 7
Boil for another 10mins and bring down.
