Cut the carrot into small pieces and bring to boil until soft. Mash the carrot and mix with 1/2 cup warm water and the rest of ingredients except oil until smooth.(over mix)

Sift together flour, salt, sugar in a bowl.Stir in cooking oil and water and knead until firm and elastic, then cover the dough for 10 minutes.

Then roll the dough into 1 chapati size balls and spread them as flat as possible with a rolling pin to a circular shape

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and Place the rolled out chapati

Fry each side until golden brown
- 6
Serve with a dish of your option and enjoy
