Ingredients

  • 10-11boiled and peeled baby potatoes
  • 3-4green chilli
  • 1/2 tspGinger paste
  • as neededSalt
  • 1 spoonDhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmuric powder
  • as per neededRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 3/4 spoonAamchur powder
  • Hing
  • 1/2 tspChaat masala
  • Ghee
  • Chopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a tawa and pour 2-3 spoon ghee

  2. 2

    Add potatoes and saute on medium flame till light brown

  3. 3

    Add green chilli,ginger paste and all the spices and mix very well

  4. 4

    Add chopped coriander and serve with paratha
