So I craved beans all through the day; not just the normal beans the extra special kinda beans with lots of habanero pepper 🌶 and yes I made this happen this evening. It felt as if I was possessed with beans of all meal.... please ignore the green leaf since the market women refuse to sell scent leaf to me and I decided to use water leaf 🍃 to garnish the picture plate.

So I craved beans all through the day; not just the normal beans the extra special kinda beans with lots of habanero pepper 🌶 and yes I made this happen this evening. Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbeans
  2. 2 cupsshredded chicken
  3. 1 cupdiced kpomo
  4. 3fresh habanero pepper 🌶 (big size) diced
  5. 2bulb onion medium diced
  6. 4knorr cube
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1cksp palm oil
  9. 1 tbspblended crayfish

  1. 1

    Wash and parboil beans allow it cook till it's almost soft and water is almost dried up

  2. 2

    Spice chicken with little pepper, onions, salt and knorr cube add kpomo when the chicken is halfway tender

  3. 3

    Once the chicken is cooked through and chicken stock is dried up with just chicken fat, add palm oil and stir everything together

  4. 4

    Add onions and pepper after 2mins add salt, knorr cube, and crayfish and stir allow it simmer for 3mins

  5. 5

    Add the palm oil chicken sauce into the sauce and stir everything together

  6. 6

    Cover pot and allow it summer for another 5mins before turning off the heat.

  7. 7

    Serve and enjoy yourself a great meal
